Objectives and overall description

SeniorLab is a physical and virtual laboratory), it includes the simulation of a house with all rooms, intended primarily for research related to improving quality of life and promoting independence for Seniors.

The initiative is configured as a new concept for research, development and innovation based on involving users in all stages of this process. Allowing researchers, business and managers to examine the user acceptance of solutions generated, and the degree of usability, while making an assessment of the feasibility of bringing the product to market.
