PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Objectives
M-ENT

This project has as its main objective to support the development of women-managed business initiatives in Morocco. For this, the project will develop activities aimed at the promotion of entrepreneurship and business generation in order to have an impact in the social and economic environment of the region that will facilitate the inception of new business-oriented adventures. Moreover, the project is expected to improve and strengthen the regional competitiveness and to facilitate the consolidation of a local network of support for women-managed businesses.

Activities
In order to achieve its objectives the project will be divided in 2 different actions:

To develop training activities promoting women-lead business creation and offering advice in the development of business plans. The training activities will include, among others, market-oriented information, market-research training and assistance in the development of business and marketing plans.
To foster the development of a regional network of women business owners and entrepreneurs. This network will encourage coaching activities with relevant agents of the sector, dissemination activities and will offer valuable information on the market.

OTHER
The project will also includes the formation of long term links among different associations dedicated to the promotion and support of women entrepreneurs.
